Important Notes
There are three key “windows” you should be aware of. The Pre-Release, Open Date, and Close Date.
Pre-Release: A pre-release is a window of time that you may speak to the government customers about the innovative technology/product you propose to develop. Your goal during these conversations is to clearly understand if the government customer wants what you are presenting to them.
Open Date: All communication with the government about a given solicitation must stop at the open date. Interested parties are expected to have their given solicitation locked down by this open date and should begin working on their proposal.
Close Date: Your proposal should be submitted by the close date. No proposals are accepted past this date.
